What is an official transcript?
A transcript is a comprehensive record of an individual's academic progress, including transferred undergraduate courses, credit earned by examination and degrees awarded. Your name will appear on your official transcript as it appears on your college record. Official transcripts include the official seal and the signature of the Registrar.

How to order a transcript:
A written request is required for an official transcript from the Registrar. For your convenince, please submit the form below to expedite your request.

A one-time transcript fee of $15.00 is charged upon the initial request. Transcripts are issued as requested providing there is no financial indebtedness to the College.
