Transitional Programs
Merriam-Webster's Desk Dictionary defines transition as "passage from one state or stage to another." The goal of the Transitional Programs at Beacon College is to teach students to take responsibility for their own health and well-being. Self-determination and preparation are critical components for a positive college experience and continued success after graduation.

The Transition Programs help students establish a routine and manage a calendar for class responsibilities, mentoring, personal/medical appointments, taking medications as prescribed, eating healthy, studying, sleeping, exercising, and socializing. There are many workshops, activities, clubs, and organizations to support student transition.
