A $750.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon receipt of enrollment contract and will be applied to first semester fees. After the start of the term, room and board fees are non-refundable. Room fees include basic cable TV and high speed internet (hard wired).

For the deposit, an online credit card payment is accepted via PayPal. To pay online, click on the Pay Now button below. Make your payment and print out your receipt.


Telephone Service
Telephone service is an additional fee contracted directly with the service provider.

Attendance for Summer
The fee for the Summer Term is estimated at $2,400.00. Increases may be incurred after January. Summer fees are due March 1.

Room Maintenance Fee: $200.00 due July 1 with fall tuition

 
Single rooms are located in 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and are assigned based on first come/first serve. Upperclassmen receive preference for placement on single room lists based on receipt of Contract no later than March 15th.

Room Maintenance Fees:
Room maintenance fees are non-refundable and are required for college housing due to annual maintenance of apartments and repair of minor damages. If any single incident of damage exceeds $50.00, then damage will be billed to the student. (Damage may include but is not limited to: deliberate breakage, wall holes exceeding 3 inches, need to replace carpet, furniture breakage, etc.). An additional fee may be imposed if the College receives an unexpected surcharge or fee (such as energy surcharge). These fees (if any) will be prorated and billed to students in college housing.
