Welcome to Campus Mail! We’re here to make sure your packages and mail get to you smoothly. Here’s what to know about getting mail and packages on campus.

Located in the Bookstore in the Student Center, the Mailroom assists students with receiving packages from all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

The Mailroom does not guarantee that packages sent overnight/priority will be available for pickup at the times the carrier provides (Amazon may say delivered which means that the package has been received by our facilities team but not tracked to the Mailroom). The Mailroom does not accept deliveries on the weekends.

Note: the Mailroom does not accept freight shipments or local deliveries such as Instacart or flower deliveries.

How Beacon College Mail Works

  1. The mailing address you should use is: Student Name; Beacon College; 100 West Meadow; Leesburg, FL 34748. Do not use the residence hall as the address.
  2. When ordering online or receiving packages from family, ensure deliveries are scheduled for Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Mailroom is closed on weekends and holidays, so deliveries outside these times are not accepted and we are unable to guarantee the security of your packages which might be left unattended.
  3. We process all packages through QTrak. Students receive an automated email message when a package arrives. Although you might receive notification from your carrier about package delivery, packages are only available for pickup after the student receives notification through QTrak. For package pick up, students are required to show a picture ID and sign for packages. All packages are picked up in the Mailroom.
  4. Regular postal mail can be checked on by the student with the mail attendant in the Mailroom.
  5. Mail and packages are available to be picked up Monday through Friday. Hours are posted at the Mailroom located inside the Bookstore at the Student Center.

Mailroom FAQs

What should I do if my package is missing?

Stop by the Mailroom with your package email and tracking number.

I no longer live on campus? Can I still get mail through the Mailroom?

No. Only resident students may receive mail through the Beacon Mailroom. Packages for non-resident students will be returned to the sender.

What should I know about perishables and medicine?

Medications are coordinated through Health Promotions on an individual basis. Please contact the Beacon College Health team for additional information about shipping medications.

Health and Wellness

What should I consider about package sizes and weights?

Be mindful, because you will need to transport items from the Mailroom to your residence hall. Sometimes, two smaller boxes are easier to manage than one large box.

For large package deliveries, students will be contacted by the Beacon Facilities team to schedule package delivery.

What address should I use for Instacart, Grubhub, grocery delivery, etc.?

Students should give the address of the residence hall building with directions for the delivery driver to call them when arriving. For safety and security, the student will need to meet the driver at the residence hall main entrance – delivery drivers are not permitted into the residence halls.

I need to mail a letter or a package. Where do I go?

Visit the reception area at Beacon Hall. Pre-stamped mail (USPS) and pre-labeled packages (UPS, USPS, FedEx) are handled by staff in Beacon Hall.

Can I ship packages for fall move-in?

Packages can be received for fall move-in beginning two weeks prior to the fall move-in date. All packages must be sent to the 100 West Meadow address.

Visit the Orientation page for more details about the move-in schedule.
